Intro
Hey guys,
Let me introduce myself. My name is Jessica Taylor. I'm currently a student at Arizona State University, and I'm overweight.
I currently weigh 172 and I'm supposed to be in the 130's. My goal weight is 115. In High School I was that small, but I've since then gained quite a bit. I want to be back to where I am.
My goal is to loose 2 lbs a week!

- Monday: At least 30 mins cardio, Upper Body Machines, & Ab Ripper Movie
- Tuesday: At least 30 mins cardio, Lower Body Machines, & Ab Ripper Movie
- Wednesday: At least 30 mins cardio, Upper Body Machines, & Ab Ripper Movie
- Thursday: At least 30 mins cardio, Lower Body Machines, & Ab Ripper Movie
- Friday: At least 30 mins cardio, Upper Body Machines, & Ab Ripper Movie
- Saturday: At least 30 mins cardio, Lower Body Machines, & Ab Ripper Movie
- Sunday: Sunday Walk :) Rest
This way my upper and lower body get a rest, and I'll hopefully get a higher metabolism and to loose the access fat that I have, and then the toning to well, ya know.. tone. I've got some things this summer that I want to look good for.
Eating Guide:
I have a hard time sticking to eating certain foods, so I'm going to just say that I have to stay below 1200 calories a day, and a low fat foods. I'm going to keep track of my food in "My Fitness Pal" app. I'll report my intakes. I have to reach 1200, NOTHING LESS. I'm not going for extreme, just healthy.
My Mission Statement:

I WILL do this. I need to. I want to be skinny. I want to be where people really LOOK at me. I want to do it for the stares, the awes, the dates, the kisses, the passion, the feeling good, the looking hot when I see people I haven't seen in awhile. I want to be where I've always wanted to be. I am worth it! I want a good body. I want to be pretty, and I want others to want to be with me. I want to be me, and the only way I can feel like myself is if I feel good about myself, and I need to be skinny to feel good about myself. By Sept 2012 I will weigh 115. I want to be ready for summer, bikinis, swimming and whatever else. I will be ready to take on whatever the world throws at me, because I am beautiful, strong and ready to become Jessica Taylor. The grown up, put together, drop dead gorgeous, and wanted by all men. I want to be poised, honest, smart, a hard worker, and everything else. I WILL do this. I am ready. I am ready to work hard and get to where I want to be, because frankly…im 21. I want to fall in love, I want to be confident, I want to be fun, I want to be HAPPY.
